• You keep your existing phone number, and use your existing phones and jacks.
• This is not an Internet phone service. CityWest Business Phone is just like the wireline telephone service provided by your other local provider.
• Your calls never go over the Internet with regular Internet traffic, you can still be listed in the phone book, and you still have full 911 and 411 support.
• You do not need a computer, Internet service, or digital cable to get Business Phone service from CityWest.
