“We’re grateful for the ongoing support from CityWest, both as a patron of the arts, and as a company that provides us with great Internet service. They’ve helped us stage great musical and theatrical acts for our community.”

CityWest Continues Investing in Terrace, with $1 Million in Improvements for its Customers
Posted: April 10, 2017
TERRACE - Over the next three months, CityWest will be working in downtown Terrace, exceeding its customers' expectations by expanding its fibre-based services.
"This work is the continuation of our plan to keep investing in Terrace," said Chris Marett, CEO of CityWest. "Our team of 80 dedicated employees from Northern B.C. has been constantly improving our customers' networks for over a decade. The work they do today will improve our technology to ensure our customers get a great experience now, and for many years into the future."
Indeed, the work downtown is another step in the improvements that CityWest continues to undertake for its customers. At the end of 2016 the company's technicians worked night and day to get its network ready for Quantum 125, its fastest Internet product that was launched in early January. And over the last 10 years the company has invested over $50 million in capital improvements in Northern B.C.
"We've always worked to improve our network so our customers get a great experience with their services," said Marett. "We work hard every day to find out how we can exceed our customers' expectations - and we take pride in knowing that work is never done."
CityWest would also like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience the work may cause businesses and residents of the downtown area. For questions about the work, or about any other products and services of CityWest, please call 1-800-442-8664, or visit its local office at 2709 Kalum Street.
