PRINCE RUPERT – Effective June 29, CityWest will be extending its storefront hours in Prince Rupert for one night a week.

“We’re doing this to improve the experience for our customers, who have found it harder to come in during regular hours,” said Tina Lussier, VP of Customer Service. “From what we’ve heard, this may be due to an increase in shift work in our communities, and we’re more than happy to try it make it easier for our customers to get in touch with us.”
CityWest will also be extending its call-centre hours on Thursday until 7 p.m. The company currently provides 24-hour technical support, and now customers can call in with inquiries on installing or changing services, and checking the status of their bill.
CityWest is also exploring options on extending its storefront hours until 7 p.m. at its store in Terrace, located at 2709 Kalum Street.
