“My wife and I have lived in five different homes in Rupert over the years, and every single installation was handled in a very efficient and expedient fashion and it was always done by someone that we knew as a fellow Rupertite. The installation always took place on the day that we moved into the house and we continued to be very impressed by that consistent level of service. On occasion, there have been times when power interruptions and storms have caused some problems; but it has always been evident to me that my fellow Rupertites who are the employees of CityWest have our best interests in heart as far as getting the service back on line and functioning as soon as is possible”

HOUSTON - CityWest is proud to announce that it is expanding its services into Houston, bringing Internet, phone and an improved TV experience.
"We're proud to be able to offer residents and businesses of Houston a superior customer experience," says Donovan Dias, Vice President of Sales & Project Management. "As a company that was built in the North, we’re proud to serve the North.”
To date, CityWest has invested over $750,000 in its Houston expansion, and the company is not done yet – it also plans to expand into another area of Houston by 2018. The total estimated investment into the community is over $1 million.
CityWest will be celebrating the official launch of Houston services at a party at the Houston Community Hall on January 17 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. There, future customers will have the chance to win a free iPad or free services for six months. On top of that, all new Houston customers will get a free phone line for six months.
"We're looking forward to showcasing our new services at the event, and introducing customers to some of our amazing and passionate employees,” says Dias. “Most of all, we look forward to forging some long-lasting relationships.”
