“One of your techs came to my home and provided me with exceptional service. Not only was the service great, he waited after the job was done on his own time while I had a personal errand to do just to make sure that I completely understood the services I was receiving. This is what I would call real service!”

We have been alerted by our customers about fraudulent e-mails being sent from a "@citywest.ca" domain. These are not legitimate and CityWest does not use this domain for its employee accounts. All CityWest employee and business e-mail accounts use the "@cwct.ca" domain.
The fraudulent e-mails being sent to our customers have ranged from termination of an account holder's services to a customer survey. These are scams meant to collect the personal information of CityWest customers. Please ignore and delete these e-mails, or any popups asking you to take a CityWest customer survey.
We are working to put a stop to these fraudulent e-mails. If you have any questions or concerns call us at 1-800-442-8664.
