Simply dial as if you were calling from a landline phone in that city
No long distance will be incurred.
You will NOT be billed roaming charges, but your cell plan minutes will be deducted.
A cell user who is also roaming in the same city
1 + area code + cell number
You will incur a long distance charge of 30¢ per minute (unless you subscribe to a CityWest cellular long distance plan)
You will NOT be billed roaming charges, but your cell plan minutes will be deducted.
Note: If you subscribe to CityWest Cell to Cell, and you’re calling a CityWest cell phone, your cell plan minutes will NOT be deducted.
An out-of-town landline phone number
1 + area code + phone number
You will incur a long distance charge of 30¢ per minute (unless you subscribe to a CityWest cellular long distance plan)

When you are roaming in the U.S., the per-minute rate for long distance and roaming is determined by the local area cell provider.
