We have been alerted by our customers about fraudulent e-mails being sent from a "@citywest.ca" domain. These are not legitimate and CityWest does not use this domain for its employee accounts. All CityWest employee and business e-mail accounts use the "@cwct.ca" domain.
The fraudulent e-mails being sent to our customers have ranged from termination of an account holder's services to a customer survey. These are scams meant to collect the personal information of CityWest customers. Please ignore and delete these e-mails, or any popups asking you to take a CityWest customer survey.
