BULKLEY VALLEY & TERRACE EAST – Today, CityWest launched Quantum 250, its fastest Internet product, to its residential market in select areas, once again improving the experience for its customers in eight of its markets in the North.
“After hearing our customer tell us that they needed faster Internet with better upload capabilities, we started developing the product in late-2017, and got it out the door as soon as we could,” said Chris Marett, CEO of CityWest. “This new Internet product will enhance the already-amazing experience our customers get from our employees.”
Quantum 250 is available in the Hazeltons, Houston, Smithers, Telkwa, Jackpine, Gossen, Kleanza, and Usk. It will be rolled out to the rest of its communities – including Prince Rupert, Terrace, and Kitimat – within the next few months. Featuring download speeds of 250 Mbps and upload speeds of 20 Mbps, it also comes with no monthly data caps, so customers can stream, game, and browse without worry.
“Our technicians have been hard at work upgrading our plant in all our communities to ensure our customers get the best experience when they buy Quantum 250,” said Marett. “We want to make sure our network is solid before releasing it to all our markets.”
CityWest is also working on faster Internet speeds for business customers, and it is always looking to continuously change with the needs of its customers.
