Isolation Activities

Social distancing, self quarantine and self isolation in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic have made all of us change the way that we live and interact.

The current pandemic has closed gyms, schools, restaurants, and businesses across the world. It's placed us away from our friends and families. Luckily, as humans (and Northerners) we are resilient in these trying times.

We're here with some activities to keep you occupied during this unprecedented times.

Online Fitness & Yoga Classes

Many gyms and instructors that have had to close their doors have found new, creative ways to keep people in shape.

Zikhara Yoga in Prince Rupert has switched to online classes to keep people flexible.

Tiger King (Netflix): This documentary has become a cultural phenomenon, don't get left behind. This is the story of a rivalry between big cat eccentrics. This insane story has everything; drugs, polygamy, murder plots, big cats, and people from Florida. 

Once Upon a Time....In Hollywood (Crave+Movies+HBO): Quentin Tarantino's latest film has just been released on Crave+Movies+HBO (included with the Movies Pack). Check out this Oscar winning film now.

Frozen 2 (Disney+): The much anticipated sequel has made it to Disney+ early in the wake of the pandemic.

The Call of the Wild and Downhill: Disney has released these two films on VOD starting Friday, March 27. If you weren't able to catch them in theaters, now you can catch them on-demand.
