This year, we will be bringing beta test customers online with fibre-optic services on Denman Island. If you've had CityWest equipment installed in your home or business before being activated, use the resources on this page to connect your services once they're available.
CityWest services will give you access to:

- Stream TV with a variety of HD channels so you can customize your own TV package
- Reliable home phone services with multiple add-on features

Our Partnership with your Community
CityWest has partnered with several municipalities, including Comox Valley Regional District. In these partnerships, CityWest owns and operates the infrastructure to deliver services. The community creates a board of directors within the community. This board helps determine the future of the community's connectivity needs. A portion of the profits from services goes back into the community.
