Late Payment Penalties

All bills are due on the last business day of the month for each billing period. Delinquent accounts will be assessed a late payment charge of 2% per month (26.82% per year).

Customers who pay by cheques or pre-authorized bank payments, and who have non-sufficient funds (NSF) at the time of payment, will be assessed a $25 administrative charge.
