How does it work?

Just fill out the refer-a-friend form below or stop by one of our CityWest offices to fill one out. Did we mention you can refer multiple friends and businesses? You'll receive a credit for each referral. Your accounts will be credited after your friend has completed 3 months of continuous service!

New customers must not have subscribed to service in the last eight months. Customers may only be referred once and you cannot refer yourself. Install of services must occur within 30 days of referral. *Terms and conditions may apply.
