When you refer someone to CityWest Internet services, you’ll each receive a $175 credit as a thank you for spreading the word. And the best part? You can refer as many people as you like! There’s no limit to how much you can earn.

How It Works:
1. Fill out the simple Refer-a-Friend form online or stop by your nearest CityWest office.

2. Once your referral has been an active CityWest customer for the qualifying period, you both get credited! You'll receive a credit for each referral. Your accounts will be credited after your friend has completed 1 months of continuous service!*

Terms and Conditions: 
To be eligible, referred customers must be new to CityWest and must not have subscribed to our services in the past eight months. Each customer can only be referred once, and self-referrals are not permitted. Referral credits are valid for Internet services only. If the referred customer signs up for a 2-year contract, the credit will be applied to both accounts after 30 days of active service. Referred customers not in an Internet contract, the credits will be applied after 90 days of continued service. Additional terms and conditions may apply.  Referral credits are issued in CAD, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
