If you’re a CityWest customer with access to SmartTown, you’ll receive two e-mails. Please note that you must use either Google Chrome or Safari browsers to ensure this setup works.
The first e-mail is from onboarding@smarttownwifi.com. Click on “Create Password” to set up your password.
The second e-mail will be from welcome@smarttownwifi.com. Click the link on this page or scan the QR code to add SmartTown enablement to your device. Login with the e-mail address and password you created. You can use this same link to add SmartTown to your other devices.
After following the link, click on “Accept Terms and Conditions” then tap the “Start Download” button below. Tap or open the downloaded file in your device notifications and follow the prompts to finish the installation.
