Paperless Billing
CityWest makes it easy for you to sign up for paperless billing. It's convenient, it helps reduce clutter, and you'll save a few trees.
To sign up for paperless billing, follow these steps:
- Sign into your online account by clicking here
- Click on "My Profile" at the top of the screen
- Click on "Update My Printed Bill Settings" (the last option on the list)
- Click on "Turn Off Printed Bills" on the right-hand side of the screen
If you do not yet have an online account, click here and select "Sign up to access our Self Service site" on the login page and follow the prompts. You will need your account number, as well as a valid email address.
How to pay
Auto Pay
Want to make your life easier? Sign up for Auto Pay and your payments will automatically be deducted from your bank account or credit card every month. You'll receive an invoice for your records, but you won't have to remember to pay your bill. Payments are withdrawn on the 25th of each month. If the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be processed on the previous or next business day.
Customers that were previously on Evolve services will have payments withdrawn on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be processed on the previous or next business day.
To sign up for Auto Pay, click here to sign into your account online, then select "Billing & Payments," then "Auto Pay Accounts" from the drop-down menu. If you need assistance, please give us a call at 1-800-442-8664.
Visa or Mastercard
You can pay using your credit card online using our secure payment site. You will need a password to access this service - please call us at 1-800-442-8664 or 250-624-2111 (if you live in Prince Rupert) to arrange for your password. Or visit one of our offices in Prince Rupert, Terrace, Kitimat, Smithers, or Vanderhoof.
By Mail

Please make your cheque payable to "CityWest Cable and Telephone" and reference your CityWest account number. If we have not received the cheque by the last day of the month, late charges will apply.
Internet /Telephone Banking
Arrange through your financial institution to pay your phone bill by telephone or by the Internet. The vendor to choose is "City West Cable & Telephone" or "City West Telephone" depending on your bank.
Important Note: When you pay at the bank, to avoid late charges, please allow 5 business days for processing. CityWest does not automatically receive your payment from the bank when the payment is made.
